Ashleigh House, located on 16 acres in colbali, near Celbridge in Co Kildare, is an amazing architect
Georgian-style property designed for 3 euros on the market.
The six bedroom country house was built seven years ago, which proves that the owners are very specific about what they like and want in their new home.
The couple, a well-known vet and his wife, originally owned Corbally House and Stud, was rated as one of the top ten commercial studs in Europe.
However, the couple decided to retire from the veterinary industry and the booming blood bank business and sold the Corbally House and Stud in 1999.
However, they were not willing to leave altogether and were smart enough to keep the 16-acre stallion section in order to build their new home.
With the help of Dublin
Their architect, John O\'Connell, designed and built the Ashley House.
The owner explained: \"We all enjoyed our old house, this is the Georgian property, John is an expert in Georgian style, so we designed ashili and it was exactly what we wanted.
\"We were involved in design and architecture and it took about 10 months in total,\" she recalls . \".

From the pillar entrance, the granite steps rise to the front door to reach the beautiful reception hall with its solid oak floor, white marble Adams fireplace and curved staircase.

The restaurant is open to French doors leading to a slate terrace and a garden.
The kitchen is bright and warm with solid wooden units, granite countertops and central islands. It has a two-

With French double doors to the garden terrace, this room is the perfect place to relax when visiting the outdoor land.

\"It is gratifying that the move will bring them closer to their children and grandchildren, all of whom live in Dublin.
